These terms and conditions govern the video editing services provided by Fwrd Street. By subscribing to or purchasing any services, you, referred to herein as the "Client," agree to abide by these terms and conditions in full. Please read these terms carefully before subscribing to our services.
2.1 Subscription Plans: The Service is provided on a subscription basis. We offer various subscription plans, each with different features and pricing. You may choose the subscription plan that best suits your needs.
2.2 Scoping of Subscription Services: At the commencement of your subscription and periodically throughout its duration, we will engage with you to define and refine the scope of services to be provided. This collaborative scoping process ensures that our services align with your evolving needs and expectations. It involves regular check-ins and reviews where both parties can discuss and adjust the scope of services, including any specific project requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
2.3 Acceptance of Projects: We reserve the right to accept or reject any project at our sole discretion. Please note that while we strive to deliver high-quality video editing, acceptance of a project by us does not constitute a guarantee regarding the quality or specific outcomes of the final product.
2.4 Subscription Period: Your subscription begins upon payment of the applicable subscription fee and continues for the duration of the subscription period selected by you. The subscription period is monthly in your chosen plan.
2.5 Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew for another subscription period, and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
2.6 Submission Requirements: You agree to provide clear instructions, specifications, and any necessary files or materials required for the editing process. Failure to provide adequate instructions may result in delays or departures from your vision for the final edited video.
2.7 Pausing Subscription: Our billing operates on a 31-day cycle. For example, if you subscribe and utilize the service for 21 days before opting to pause, your billing cycle will halt, leaving you with 10 unused days that you can use whenever you need them in the future.
2.8 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of the current subscription period, after which your subscription will terminate, and you will not be charged further.
2.9 Review and Revisions: Upon completion of editing services, the Client may review the edited video and submit requests for revisions. Fwrd Street will provide unlimited revisions, provided they remain within the scope of the original project specifications ("Unlimited Revisions"). Any requests for revisions outside the original specifications will be considered out-of-scope and subject to additional charges. The terms and costs for such revisions will be mutually agreed upon between Fwrd Street and the Client.
3.1 Scope of Service: We offer one-time video editing services for individuals and businesses. The scoping of each project will be conducted collaboratively with you, the Client, to ensure that all service expectations are clearly defined and mutually agreed upon. You may submit your video footage and editing requirements, and we will work together to finalize the specifications for the requested editing services.
